We have a team of around 80 Cigna staff and their families participating in the event.  This is our biggest team yet!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Achilles NZ team!

You won’t miss them in their yellow t-shirts – so keep an eye out for Achilles NZ and be sure to give them a high five as their team of around 60 disabled athletes and their guides take on the event.

 

 

 

 

 

  

Cigna cheer team!

The Cigna team will help put a little groove in your step with our disco at Balaena Bay.  Be sure to give them a wave and shake your tail feather as you pass by!

Cigna Achilles Half Marathon medals

If you’re doing the half marathon, be sure to see our team just after the finish line to get your exclusive Half Marathon finisher medal.  You’ve earned this reward, and we’ll be there to hand it to you and congratulate you on achieving your goal! Please note medals are only provided to Half Marathon finishers, medals for the 6.5km and 10km events are available from Sport Wellington.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cigna Challenge!

We’ve got the kids covered here!  Let them take on the Cigna Challenge (a 25 meter inflatable obstacle course), or be decorated by one of our team of face painters.

Yoga with Rachel Grunwell, Cigna’s Health and Wellbeing Ambassador

After taking part in Cigna Round the Bays with her family, Rachel will be at the finish line to share some of her top yoga stretches for runners.  Keep an eye out for her on the stage around 10am to take part in her post-run yoga-stretching session.
