WHAT IS YOUR HISTORY OF RUNNING?

ZILCH! But at this age realise Its time for me to soak up the benefits, challenge myself and get active! I am mostly keen to get my walk on, and use this event as a pathway, building my fitness and eventually running.

 

WHAT IS IT ABOUT RUNNING YOU ENJOY?      

Its challenging, both mentally and physically.

 

HOW DO YOU BALANCE DAY TO DAY LIFE / FAMILY WITH YOUR RUNNING?   

Eat well, concentrating on good sleep hygiene and google calendar to keep me timely and organised.

 

WHAT DOES A USUAL TRAINING WEEK LOOK LIKE?     

3 times minimum in a gym for weight training and cardio, 30 mins light exercise daily which consists of either walking or my husband likes to run me through a sweat session at home.

 

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING DO YOU DO?           

I love weight training and walking.

 

GOALS FOR FUTURE RUNNING?      

I really want to SMASH my personal best during the buggy walk.
PLANNED EVENTS FOR 2017?   

More exercise, travel and participating in more events like these!!!
